Rebuild Strength is a carbohydrate-protein post-workout recovery* drink, specially developed for strength athletes. Formulated with added L-glutamine and Branch Chained Amino Acids (BCAAs), this unique sports drink also contains specially selected carbohydrates to help you recover* after anaerobic exercise.
Rebuild Strength is formulated with high-quality whey protein and delivers 25 grams of protein per serving, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Suggested Use
Gently shake the canister prior to each use as content may settle. Add 5 level scoops (50 g) to 250 ml of water, shake vigorously. Consume within 30 minutes following anaerobic activity.
