To start the return process, please contact us to request a Customer Refund Form, then send the completed form together with the product to the address we will provide.

Product Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a nutrition or personal care product, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply contact us and we will support you throughout the exchange process. The cost of return shipping will also be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Products

If the item you receive is damaged or faulty, you may request a replacement within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to obtain the return address. We will cover the cost of returning the defective product as well as the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.

Lost or Stolen Return Shipments
