Shipping Costs

Free Delivery: Take advantage of complimentary shipping on all orders exceeding £79.
Standard Delivery: Orders below £79 are subject to a £6.99 shipping charge.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link with full delivery details.

Express Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 1–3 days, provided it is processed by 12:00 pm on the day of purchase. All shipments are handled by our trusted delivery partner, DPD.

Shipping Guidelines

To maintain a high and consistent level of service, we follow Herbalife’s Standard Operating Procedures. The guidelines below apply:

Same-Day Handling: Orders placed before 12:00 pm on a working day are usually forwarded to the warehouse the same day and often dispatched immediately.

Next-Day Handling: Orders placed after 12:00 pm are sent to the warehouse on the next business day and are generally shipped that same day.

Dispatch Timing: Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours after processing, provided it is a business day.

Please note that orders placed during public holidays, weekends, or at the beginning or end of the month may experience minor delays.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

After an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. We recommend carefully reviewing all order details before completing your purchase.
